Howdy hey, friends!
I’ll say up front that there are some details that are not at my discretion to delve into specifics on, so this will be a vague update. I’ll just say that I have spent far more days at a hospital and far fewer days off the continent over the last two months than I had planned on. Nothing… exceptionally bad, but it has been a notably crappy last two months on the whole, with some bright spots mixed in for, you know, variety.
I got a new car, for example! A Chevy Bolt. It’s my first-time owning an EV, and so far I am delighted to not have to worry about gasoline anymore. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the switch if you don’t need a new car, but it’s a nice option to opt in on in my optionion.
Due to the various Circumstances, I have little to discuss by way of artistic pursuits, but with things beginning to look like maybe they could be going back to normal, I’ve been back to game development and trying to figure out some other big-picture plans. If July is kind enough to not be a complete mess, I might even have something to share this time next month!
I think that’d be neat.
I hope y’all had a fantastic Pride Month. It’s a rough time to be not-cishet in the U. S. of A., but we’ve gotta keep fighting, yeah? I’m still in the fight if you’re still in it.
